BEHOLD!!

The EEE has to be the *teensiest* laptop in the whole, wide world, so small and cute that it made the Tiny Dynamo's eyes sparkle!

At last, a laptop that doesn't make the Dynamo look like a child wrestling with a large folding table. (Well, not *as* much-- she's still not much bigger than that dollar bill!) But the EEE, it fits her wee hands beautifully, folds up in her purse, and takes her wirelessly onto the interwebs without a whole lot of grief and bother.

That's right, the interwebs. Her time in the unwired Wilderness is over, the Racketsport Terror is now plugged in. First it was celebrity gossip. Then the online auctions.

Now, at last, my Dynamo's gone Full Throttle!

By the power of Dynamo, she haaaaaaaasssssss the POWWWWWWWERRRRRRRR!!!!

I haven't heard much from her these last few days. Mostly little giggles, occasional questions or comments on years-old blog posts and the occasional cry of "LIAR!"

To which I humbly explain, I am not a liar. I am a fabulist.

She'll be reading this post, so let's all give the Wonderful Wee Elf a BIG round of applause!

Lisa, Liz, I concur.

BamBam, I stand by every word. Especially those involving Clan Dynamo and Racket Sports...

Yippee for Tiny D! The world is now at your fingertips. Enjoy the sore butt and the eyestrain. You've earned it.

My own precious Dynamo is 4 feet 11. We have fun with that. Her desktop computer is bigger than she is.

Avery, my Wee D is spinning most slowly this morning. Seems after a late night up reading old posts, my baby has her first Internet Hangover!
:-P

Charles, that is indeed small. DOes Lana get like special parking stickers or something? ;-)

Sounds as if you'll have more time to write with the T.D. occupied with the wonders of the Web. Of course, soon you'll have to keep interrupting your work to answer the door to accept the packages with things she's ordered online.

Laptops that tiny tend to dazzle! Wonderful!

Oooh, it's so little!

Hubby and I have been debating getting one of these for the kids. Right now they're on the desktop computer and it's messing up my husband's stuff because the kids' sites have tons of spyware. Beware the spyware.

Go,Dynamo!!! :)

Love my EEE!!!

in response @ Contemplation

Thank You Steve for putting forward that schools as institutes are there to create robots and foster a "non-thinker" just following orders, when told so.

Your comment made me realize that in the world of today we should not put our children to school, because there are no jobs like that in the future.

We need to keep our childrens natural born creativity, so they can survive by using what the nature give for the day or create their own jobs and companies.

or?

Okay, shows how out of it I am, but I never heard of these little things. Sounds like it was made for your Dynamo.

Shauna, I'm actually the one with Online Shopping Shame!

Barbara, I agree.

SQT, one nice thing about the EEE, it runs Linux so an awful lot of the spyware/viruses out there simply don't work on it. (And I secretly keep the AntiBadStuff updated when she's not looking...)

Kate, be assured she is indeed going. Going hard, in fact!

Anna-Lys, I'm a fan of the Montessori method, m'self.

CS, I was originally thinking of getting one for travel (and still might), but that keyboard's *way* too tiny for my big mitts. I might just stick to my fountain pen when I'm on the road...

Clap clap clap, plonk....oops fell off my chair with giggles.

I am sorry but how small do they want to make things, our hands and fingers are not going through evolution and shrinking, or did I miss the memo?
:)

A "fabulist?" *LOL* Good one!
I'm so out of the loop I never even realized that computers are that small now. Congrats for the Tiny Dynamo, but I'd go nuts trying to use anything but a full-sized keyboard!
