Can Mr. Butler come visit? On second thought, Mr. Butler looks like he could put a severe smackdown on the DeBow furbies.
CS -- How have you managed? We're getting to start renovations in our house and the cats are about to be sequestered until further notice. I'm worried.
Oh, and Steve, I tagged you for a "Six Unremarkable Things" meme.
Funny, he's *such* a little guy, totally friendly, and neutered males are supposed to be the bottom the feline pecking order--
And yet, he runs things around here. Midge, five years older and half again as large, is in fear for her life. Butler's friends come and go as they please, but his enemies stay clear.
Last week he ran off a black cat twice his size. I'm not sure he understands the concept of tiny and cute...
Mr. Butler Dynamo is mighty cute and I would be glad to cuddle him.
I've tagged you for the same meme as Avery did. You can view my own Six Unspectacular Quirks on my blog tomorrow. I understand if you don't wish to participate, but memes can be fun (and they also can be a waste of time).
P.S. How cold does it get in your area during that New Zealand winter? (Just wondering, as the long, steamy, sweltering-hot New Orleans summer is nearly upon me.)
Charles, if the wood screamed, wriggled or tried to run, I'm sure he'd be all over it. As it stands, Butler prefers a more managerial approach!
SPhinx, I rather enjoy memes. At least, those I've done so far!
And winter-wise, it usually hovers around almost-cold-enough-to-snow. We usually don't get more than a couple days of the white stuff down here on the plains, but the mountains are scumbled with the stuff, and by July a drive in the Port Hills will be suicidal...

When you're as handsome as Mr. Butler, no picture is ever gratuitous. Beauty is its own justification.
woah! those are some kick a$$ claws!
I do love gratuitous cat pictures! My poor babies have spent the better part of the last two weeks locked out of the way of the construction crew.

Butler is quite pleased at your compliments.

And Avery, I shall consider myself tagged!
Get Butler to work on that wood pile. Kill two birds with one stone, so to speak.
