Spring

The bulbs are blooming. Buddy's better.

And the novel moves along, slow and steady.

The New and Improved, Steampunk Wordcount-O-Meter stands at 22,000 words. I've made my peace with my pace.

Though not with my tendency to alliteration...

For now just get it down and worry about editing later. That's definitely a good start with 22K words.

This is one of those rare times of year when we can both agree that the change of season is quite welcomed!
Love the kitty kitty kitty!

I believe Mr. Cat is going to eat those flowers when you turn away.

I need to take Barbara's advice. I mire myself in over-editing as I write.

Maybe we can make a pact to move just a bit faster together?

Barbara, thank you. :)

Holly, he's his momma's boy, that's for sure! ;)

Lana, for all that state's troubles, there's nothing like a Louisiana Autumn...

Charles, I thought he was the model of decorum, but I am assured that you are closer to the mark!

Avery, anything that could stop me from staring into space for an hour at a time, trying to figure out how to phrase this sentence or that phrase, would be a welcome relief.

Alliteration is lovely.

Best wishes to Buddy to get better soon.

Love the new and improved Steampunk Wordcount-O-Meter. I need one of them things.

Ah, spring bulbs; always bring a smile to the heart. And so do cute grateful little rescue kitties. He's turned into quite a handsome man, your Buddy.
